Michael A. Noonan, Esq., Senior Partner ADMITTED IN MD
Michael A. Noonan has been practicing law since 1977 and is the founding partner of Noonan & Noonan, LLC. He is a 1968 graduate of the United States Military Academy (B.S.); 1977 graduate of Capital University Law School (J.D.); and a 1981 graduate of Vanderbilt University (M. Ed.). Before entering into private practice, he worked for the Ohio Attorney General’s Office (1977-1983) and as Assistant to the President for Frostburg State University (1983-1988).
Among various affiliations, he is a member of the Allegany County and Maryland State Bar Associations; National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers; NORML; and Past President, Chapter 172, Vietnam Veterans of America [LTC., JAG, Army Reserve, Retired]. He has an extensive background in criminal and family law with over 30 years of litigation experience. He has a wife and son, and is committed to many philanthropic endeavors.
Beau A. Noonan, Esq., Managing Partner ADMITTED IN MD, WV, & VT
Beau A. Noonan, Esq. is a 2008 graduate of Capital University Law School (J.D.), received his undergraduate degree (B.S. Business) in 2000 from the University of Vermont, and is an alum of the former Beall High School. Beau was admitted to the Maryland and West Virginia Bars in 2008 and the Vermont Bar in 2013.
Before forming Noonan & Noonan, LLC with his father in 2008, Beau worked in Seattle, Chicago, Boston, and Columbus for various early-stage and start-up ventures. Beau is a practicing litigator, entrepreneur, and co-owner/Managing Partner of several businesses. Beau lives in Vermont and loves spending his free time enjoying the outdoors with his family.
Sarah J. Willetts, Esq., Partner ADMITTED IN MD & WV
Sarah J. Willetts earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) from Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. While attending law school, she was awarded the 2013 Outstanding Clinical Advocacy Award. Sarah received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Frostburg State University in 2009. Sarah is a member of both the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations.
Born and raised in Cumberland, Sarah’s local roots run deep. Having attended Allegany High School and worked in her family’s various businesses growing up, she felt right at home returning to Noonan & Noonan.
Timothy A. Dunning, Esq., Associate ADMITTED IN MD & WV
Tim is a licensed attorney admitted to the Maryland and West Virginia State Bar Associations. He practices in the areas of family, criminal, employment, real estate, healthcare, and appellate law, as well as personal injury matters and complex civil litigation.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Tim was employed as a Financial Analyst in the Aerospace and Defense Industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2017, his Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Maryland in 2014, and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2009.
Holly Doman, Office Manager
Holly Doman joined Noonan Willetts in 2013 as a receptionist. With her attitude and aptitude, she quickly became the office manager. Ms. Doman was born and raised in Western Maryland, graduating from WestMar High School. When she is not using her incredible energy and skill at the office, she is using it to spend time with her two boys and husband on the mid-atlantic motocross circuit and camping trips.
